We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or, where applicable, a discount code, depending on the circumstances and our inspection of the returned item.

Exchange Policy

We will be happy to process an exchange or provide a discount code, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned with the receipt or valid proof of purchase.
• The product should be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact where applicable.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then inform you about the status of your exchange/claim after completing the inspection.

Approved Claims

If your exchange request is approved, we will process the applicable exchange or issue a discount code according to the circumstances of the claim.

Return Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

Any shipping charges paid by The Babies Store for the original delivery, or shipping charges paid by the customer for returning the item, are non-refundable.

The Babies Store is not responsible for collecting return parcels from the customer's doorstep under any circumstances.

Sale Items

For sale/discounted items, only genuine manufacturing or product faults may qualify for a partial compensation in the form of a discount code for a future purchase.

The value of the discount code will depend on the nature and extent of the fault. In such cases, the decision of The Babies Store shall be considered final.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of these products, the following items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable:

• Gift Sets / Gift Boxes
• Care & Bath Kits
• Feeding Items, due to hygiene and safety reasons
